P2 - MJU - Fisheries Technology and Development

This course provides students with the fisheries technology and its development in terms of aquaculture, biotechnology in aquatic animals, aquatic animal health, harvesting, product and processing including marketing and administration on aquatic animal products in both the local and global markets.
