Environmental Impact Assessment for Aquaculture

The objectives of this course are to teach MSc. students the basic principles of environmental impact assessment (EIA) in all proposed activities such as development projects, programs or legislative actions and providing them guidelines and procedures of EIA including writing EIA report.

 

On completion of this course, students are able to lead a working group for an EIA in all proposed projects including aquaculture fields; they can analyse and identify possible impacts of proposed projects; propose solutions for eliminating impacts on the environment. They are also able to compose an EIA report following the guideline from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam.
